- All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after the order is confirmed.
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
3. Delivery Time
- Deliveries typically take 3-7 business days, depending on your location.
- In rare cases, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances, such as weather conditions or courier issues. We will notify you promptly in such situations.
4. Shipping Charges
- Standard Shipping: A flat shipping fee of PKR 150 applies to all orders.
- Free Shipping: Orders above PKR 1500 qualify for free shipping.
5. Cash on Delivery (COD)
- We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) as a payment option for your convenience.
- Please ensure you have the exact amount ready at the time of delivery, as courier personnel may not carry sufficient change.
- COD orders are confirmed via phone call or SMS before dispatch. If we are unable to reach you, your order may be delayed or canceled.
6. Order Tracking
- Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via SMS or email to monitor the delivery status.
- You can track your order on our courier partner’s website or by contacting our customer support team.
7. Failed Deliveries
- If delivery is unsuccessful due to an incorrect address, unavailability of the recipient, or refusal to accept the package, the order will be returned to us.
- In such cases, customers may be required to pay a re-shipping fee for re-delivery.
8. Damaged or Missing Items
- If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving the package. Provide photos of the damaged items for verification.
- We will arrange for a replacement or refund as per our Return & Refund Policy.
